Today, be mindful of times when promises were made and broken. It hurts, right?
However, we make promises to ourselves ALL the time and then break them. Recognize that that hurts as well.
Consider making promises that are realistic realizing that once kept we can add to these goals and promises.
It all goes back to the way we talk to and treat ourselves...always with consideration and kindness.
