Guitarist Oz Noy talks with Chicago Jazz Magazine's Mike Jeffers about his new recording Booga Looga Loo out on the Abstract Logix label. The new recording is Oz's 9th release under his own name and features an all-star line-up including including drummers Vinnie Colaiuta, Dave Weckl and Steve Ferrone; bassists Will Lee, John Patitucci, and James Genus; and keyboardists Jerry Z and Brian Charette. Other contributors include Kevin Hays, Seamus Blake, and Anne Drummond.
Oz also previews his upcoming show at Reggies on May 9th as part of the group Moshulu which features along with Oz, Jeff Berlin, Dennis Chambers and David Sancious.
