Today, let's give our bodies a rest and spend a little time thinking about detox. Please consume lots of fresh filtered water to help your kidneys flush toxins from your system. Add a little lemon to your water and you add some alkalinity help to neutralize your pH levels.
Find a way to sweat - an infrared sauna if you belong to a fitness center or wellness club, some HIIT exercise, or just a simple hot bath. Heat up the body, open those pores and sweat out those toxins. (Note: Not for folks that are frail or have high blood pressure. Always consult your doctor if you make sudden changes to your health routines.)
Start your day with a Green Juice. Go light on the fruit and heavy on the kales, cucumbers, and celery. You're cells will do a happy dance. Continue by eating clean through out the day. As many raw foods as possible. Keep it light.
