LIsten in today for my take on intermittent fasting. I shoot for 3x a week.  Easiest for me to fast the mornings that I work out.  I feel best doing a workout on an empty stomach. **Please check with your doctor before trying any sort of fast. If you are brand new to fasting start with a 12 hour fast.  If you eat dinner at 6 pm then have nothing but water until 6 am the next day.  That means no late night snacking.
