EP 138 \ Doula Duty: Why Does the Government Want Certification?

Today in states like Tennessee, there is a new push to require doulas to be certified in order to be able to serve moms. But why? What's the story behind these bills. That's what we're discussing today.  If you would like to look up the bills in Tennessee, they are SB0044 / HB0295.
