Life can be hard, difficult, and challenging, but as Sarah Whitfield puts it... Everything is not always rainbows, but it is an opportunity for God to win and get the glory.
Sarah breaks down discipleship and why we need it. She tells us how her church is building up disciples.
She says how having someone come into her life to hold her accountable has challenged her in ways she never imagined. This podcast really challenged me to reach out to a friend (who is like a Paul in my life) and ask her to not only pray for me but hold me accountable to the work God wants to do in my life, for His glory. Thank you, Sarah!
She shares 2 Timothy 1:7 which says "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." She also shares her devotional that talks about surrendering everything to God through the process as you are becoming fully developed for what He has called you to do.
I pray you to enjoy the process and know God has a purpose in your process. You are called to serve Him, and have hope for His kingdom, in whatever you do.
