Sleep: A Daylight Saving Time Trick

This weekend we FALL BACK an hour for Daylight Saving Time which seems a very outdated practice.

However, your best bet for staying solid through it is to wake at the same time but make sure to get lots of sunshine into your eyes while moving a bit outdoors close to when you wake up.  It will help your circadian rhythm adjust.
