Wellness Necessities: A good night’s sleep

I've been struggling with sleep for the past few years. I fall asleep easily and regularly but often wake up around 3 am.  Sometimes', I can fall back to sleep within 30 minutes but many times not until 5:30 or 6 am...sometimes not at all.
