From his early days as a lifeguard and college football MVP to his remarkable career as a Law Enforcement Officer, Germaine has always displayed an unwavering dedication to service and a passion for making a difference. As a member of the Texas Ranger Special Operations Group (SOG) and Special Agent, he has demonstrated exceptional courage and valor, earning him the honor of being decorated with a Purple Heart from the Texas Department of Public Safety, The Star of Texas by Governor Rick Perry,
Germaine's extensive experience as a 7-Time National Jr. Olympic Championship Coach has allowed him to shape the lives of countless young athletes, instilling in them the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
In addition to his athletic and law enforcement accomplishments, Germaine is a highly sought-after speaker, author, and CEO of the Good Life Living Group.
Germaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Business Administration. However, his true passion lies in his mission to empower fathers and youth to become strong leaders.
