Curtis Chiles – Phenomenal Progress

Meet Curtis, he is 50 years old. Married and has 5 kids. He is also the Assistant Principal at Bryan ISD. He started his 6 Wk Challenge in December of 2019, and saw phenomenal progress. He began his fitness journey at 250lbs and 30% body fat, and currently is 204lbs and 12% body fat. He maintained healthy habits during quarantine and truly enjoys his lifestyle.
