A last-minute push for donations paid off big-time for the Salvation Army in Chatham-Kent, Chatham-Kent police have charged a driver with careless driving after a vehicle hit a hydro pole just off of Fairview Line just outside of Chatham early this morning, and the timeline for opening the Gordie Howe International Bridge to traffic has been pushed back.
