In this episode I look at how hyper focus affects my writing, my writing process, and how it can be used for good. Viewing it as a writing resource is a better, healthier position to take despite the feelings it leaves you with at the end of writing a novel.
I also touch on keeping track and accountability and give a special shout out to author Sarah Dodd, author of Keeper of Secrets (Twitter @SarahJDodd) who helped me stay accountable for finishing my current Work in Progress.
