In light of the Christmas season, we will refocus our hearts and minds and words on the gift of Jesus and not what the world gives.

verse: 'The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son and they will call him Immanuel (which means “God with us,") Matthew 1:23

Get in a comfortable position, can do this anywhere at any time.
inhale.... deep breath.....expand chest and lungs... each one taking deeper...
exhale...breathe out audibly... let all the muscles and tension relax

INHALE:God is with me

EXHALE: Giving me hope, peace, joy and love.
