Episode 235: Why you haven’t won a sword yet

Join me in today's episode where I discuss why you haven't won a sword yet. I go into signs that you are close to winning a sword and what to look out for. It's always our job as coaches to give realistic expectations to our athlete of their level and where we feel they are at. If your athletes aren't close to winning a sword, thats okay, it doesn't mean they won't be one day. But if they aren't close now, please don't tell them that they are and set them up for failure!
