If you have your own juicer its a snap but you can also make it in a blender and strain thru a strainer ot better yet, cheesecloth.
An easy recipe is a handful of kale, a few stalks of celery, a slice of lemon and if you'd like your juice a little sweeter add an apple.
Always organic and best on an empty stomach.
