What do you want to achieve? When you think of your goals, what are the components of that goal that you need to be attentive to in order to be successful? Of all of the necessary components is there one that scares you? That challenges you? Is there one you're avoiding? If so, I'd urge you to stop avoiding it. What you avoid WILL become what limits you.
