In this episode, I chat with Dr Cecilia Kitic who holds a PhD in exercise physiology and immunonutrition and has published over 80 research papers exploring inflammation and oxidative stress, nutrition, immunology, the endocrine system and the gut.
Cecilia has a background as an academic, lecturer and researcher and applies this expertise in clinical practice with her multidisciplinary team at The IVF Project to enhance fertility and reproductive treatment outcomes.
