The Stories That Brought You Here
Society & Culture
After growing up in a suburb of Montreal with eight siblings, Mary Anne found herself in Berkeley, California as a young adult in the late sixties. She even made it to Woodstock! She will explain how those experiences shaped her, why she transitioned into becoming a subsistence farmer for six and a half years, and how she began a thirty-five-year career working with children in a therapeutic role.
Mary Anne will also describe how her passion for the environment recently inspired her to create films, as a way to raise awareness and create change.
All that and much more. Please enjoy.
