TIR PRESENTS Gaming Materialists Don‘t Split the Party: The Paizo Union

This week on Gaming Materialists we talk to the United Paizo Workers. In October, Paizo Publishing, the creators of the hugely popular Pathfinder and Starfinder roleplay systems, voluntarily recognized the formation of a union amongst its workers. However, while many have praised Paizo’s decision not to resist unionization, this comes after claims of “inconsistent hiring practices, pay inequity across the company, allegations of verbal abuse from executives and management, and allegations of harassment ignored or covered up by those at the top.”
