You have a goal, maybe an action you want to take each day, or an inaction, something you want to avoid doing... you have the goal, but, each day you don't follow through... and you feel the pain of guilt and self-anger. You don't like that feeling so you swear next time will be different... but, next time... you don't follow through AGAIN!!! You already KNEW what it was going to feel like to not follow through, but yet you didn't follow through anyhow. How can we break this cycle?!!
