Today, I have three amazing, brave, and beautiful inside and out guests who we will be sharing some highlights from their episodes. All three of these guests have different stories, but all have experienced trauma and abuse in their life.
Friends, statistics tell us, 1 out of 3 to 4 women have been sexually abused in their lifetime. My own story is one of someone who experienced sexual abuse as a child and teen. One thing that is important for me is to make sure you my friend, have tools to deal with the trauma and abuse you have experienced in your lifetime.
