Mindful Monday: What is your morning routine?

If you don't have morning rituals or a routine you might want to start one.

It might include some yoga or stretching, drinking lemon water on waking, meditation, breathing or physical exercises.  It shouldn't include hitting the sleep button or reaching for your phone first thing.  How can you make mornings more enjoyable AND more productive?
