This week we are considering our daily routines...today I contemplate the idea of an exercise routine. It needs to be changed up regularly.  What worked once might not anymore. I love a mix of cardio, weight lifting, yoga or stretching, high intensity interval training and just plain walking. Depends on your goals, right? And mixing it up feels so right sometimes.
