San Juan College Board of Trustee Candidate Rick Hoerner speaks with Scott Michlin about his candidacy in District 5.  He also talks about the reasons he is running and the challenges facing San Juan College.  Hoerner is running against incumbent John Thompson.  The election will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
