The state of Mississippi and Gov. Tate Reeves have stepped in and taken over the city of Jackson's water plants after they suffered catastrophic failure over the last few days. This system failure has nothing to do with the recent flooding and has everything to do with terrible leadership and lack of maintenance at the water treatment facilities.
