The Lei Company Cooperative is the 1st Pacifika Worker-Owned Cooperative in the United States and their mission is to improve the economic standing of their members, providing employment, business ownership and training. Tiffany has an Integral MBA in Creative and Regenerative Enterprise form Meridian University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Change and Activism with a emphasis on Social Entrepreneurship from New College of California.
