For this first episode of 2025, I’m so excited to share with you the conversation I recorded with Gabe Golden, award winning documentary film producer and  writer. 

 

Inspired by his 30 year challenge with rheumatoid arthritis - the same condition I was diagnosed with aged 2 and battled with for my whole life - Gabe produced and directed “Lighting The Path” a feature film and multi-episode series that tells his story and several others as they navigate the path to healing from the most severe of chronic illness and autoimmune disease.

 

It’s truly an inspirational and motivational watch.
