It’s Not Just Obama’s Afghan Policy that Must Be Abandoned

Yesterday, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan essentially acknowledged a reality adamantly resisted by Team Obama: We are losing ground in Afghanistan to resurgent jihadists and must, accordingly, reconsider the President’s plan essentially to abandon the place.

While we’re at it, there are a few other disastrous Obama initiatives that should also be jettisoned.  Here are a few suggestions:

Stop showing Vladimir Putin greater “flexibility” as he mounts combat operations in Ukraine and the Middle East.

Stop preventing the U.S. Navy from challenging China’s new, fortified islands and assertions of sovereignty over vast stretches of the Western Pacific.

Don’t give Iran $150 billion to build its nuclear arsenal and enable its own, intensifying jihad against us and our allies.

Stop undermining the most important of those allies, Israel.

And stop hollowing out and demoralizing the U.S. military.
