After blaming his strange voice on both the microphone and his current virus, Brett and Joel shift the topic of conversation to a more positive note - The Australian Track and Field Championships in Adelaide. We had Riley, Elise & Fraser on the ground over the weekend producing some amazing content for you all. Brett & Joel discuss some of their highlights of the event before transitioning into training week chat. Brett & Joel fight through terrible conditions on Tuesday as they return to the Tan for 8x1km reps. Brett deals with his persistent lower abdominal pain but sees it improve as he progresses through his week. Joel continues building on his fitness and finally discovers the reason behind his "wobbly calf" thanks to Paul "The Balanced Runner" Mackinnon.
