Scott Gwilliam co-founded Keystone Capital in 1994 and serves as a Managing Partner of the firm with primary responsibility for investment activities. Prior to Keystone, Scott served in various organizations and roles where he was actively involved in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
