It starts with a good first impression because people are inundated with images every day and so you only have a split second to make a statement or create an impression, getting people to stop long enough to learn more. 

You need to be confident about your brand design so you want to show it off to others. Invest in the visual assets up front to give legitimacy to your business. The quality of your design sets expectations about your pricing and the level of service you deliver.
