#28 Sal Frisella from 1st Phorm on Leadership, Culture and Mindset

To others, Sal is the President of 1st Phorm, a dad, a husband, a friend, a leader, and a philanthropist. But he describes himself as a "regular dude who likes beer, working out and helping people". Sal has helped his brother (Andy Frisella) build one of the largest, but most importantly, most reputable brands in the fitness industry as well as the sports supplement industry - 1st Phorm. I've been wanting to do this interview since I started my company (Superfit Foods) and to be honest, we wouldn't be the brand we are without 1st Phorm paving the way.
