The Crawler" event is the beginning of a week end for fishing for kids. Bring your
flashlights and buckets, The head worm hunter with talk about worms and read a couple
of books to the young kids. Then off to find worms.

IONIA - PHEASANT FRIDAY - Ionia State Recreation Area
Representatives from Pheasants Forever teach firearm safety and the organization's
effort to restore the habitat for these beautiful birds. Participants will get a hands-on
opportunity to shoot a BB gun with expert instruction in a safe environment. There will
also be hands on activities to learn about grass lands and pollinators. Camping out there
too, meet in the campground. No reservations are required.
Believe it or not it isn’t all huntin’ and fishin’ out there.
