Dear-ones,

Thank you so much for being here. Truly. Really.

This class, oh it is near and dear to me. When we had newborns, one of my girlfriends mentioned how every moment with a baby is heart-breaking and heart-healing. That was such medicine to me, and I have carried it with me ever since, in every breath. This class evolved naturally from my usual beginning-of-class invitation for students to share any sort of news. It just blossomed from there. That is the yoga.

Practically speaking, it is a full-length class suitable for yogis of all sorts, which we all are. LOVE.
