This week adventurer, writer, vegan, youtuber, survivor, and “student of the University of Life”, Steph Yu stops by the studio to chat about her new book “A Beautiful Mess”- a collection of personal thoughts, short essays, and diary entries speaking to Steph’s life journey thus far. At only 22 years old, Steph has overcome many obstacles through taking a new approach and perspective to processing her traumas and prioritizing finding balance in her life.
