7 Seconds to Connect

Isaiah and Amy talk about how to make a plan on how to react to situations that are typically ones that drive you nuts or set you off.  Before you react heavily to something that maybe doesn't deserve it, take 7 seconds and settle to help you react in a more constructive way.  But the idea is that these 7 seconds could be the difference from creating a divide or to help connect.
