5. Do you struggle with feeling Authentic? Here’s why & how you can begin to feel more aligned in yourself

In today's episode we explore AUTHENTICITY!! 

Now one of my pet peeves is hearing the advice 'just be authentic', or 'just be confident', there are sooo many reasons why this advice is not helpful or implementable when we hear it.

And there is a good reason for this, we aren't taught how to be authentic or what that truly is throughout our lives, which makes it a very personal journey to come back to the idea of authenticity and find ourselves through our own self exploration. 

In today's episode we cover topics such as, where our feelings of in-authenticity began, how childhood and society nurture the opposite of authenticity, questions and practices that we can use to begin to understand ourselves from a deeper level and begin to fell comfortable living our authentic truth.
