Payal Arora - Author of ”Next Billion Users”

Payal Arora is a digital anthropologist, professor at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the author of the book "Next Billion Users" and "Leaisure Commons". She earned her Masters in International Policy from Harvard University and a PhD in International Development from Columbia University.
