Today the Managing Director of Long Wharf Theatre, Kit Ingui, joins us to discuss why interpersonal relationships are essential in theatre, learning that "the buck stops with her" (and Jacob Padron) and how they are using this time of uncertainty to not only strengthen their relationships with the regional theaters in CT, but to also build new relationships with all arts organizations. We are all in the same boat, so lets share the oars and lifejackets!
