Financial Jihad

Violent jihad intended to impose the supremacist Islamic doctrine of shariah is surging around the world. Another form of Islamic “holy war” is being waged right here for the same purpose, though – one that is every bit as toxic to freedom as the violently terrorizing kind.

The Muslim Brotherhood calls it “civilization jihad.” Where violence is not an option, stealthy subversion is used to penetrate and exploit institutions like the church, the media, academia and government.

Bloomberg News recently reported on another surging front in this civilization jihad. It is called shariah-compliant finance – an increasingly seductive, multi-trillion dollar enterprise aimed at recycling Western petrodollars in ways calculated to buy access to and enlist our capitalist system in our destruction.

We must counter, not enable, this financial jihad.
