Jen Awinda runs a assistant living facility and witnesses first hand the effect of our lives as we age. Jen talked about some the common effects such dementia and the many factors that may lead to developing the  disease. From diet to the wrong style of exercise we touch on many different triggers. We discussed the different between dementia v. Alzheimer's .  We looked at what changes we could make to slow dementia.
