She is a conference speaker and frequent podcast guest and is very well spoken on the topic of operational resilience, organizational resilience…and just resilience in general. In today’s episode Sarah explains the difference between business continuity and resilience and gives some practical advice for how resilience professionals can work with the risk management team and leverage data to make the organization more resilient.
