In McCall's words: My name is McCall - I was 8 years old when I walked into my first AlAteen meeting in Oct. 1981, Cleveland, Ohio... when my mom went thru detox and into rehab the first time. She was a single mom and I, an only child. Since then there have been as many crises as one would expect from a progressive illness like this family disease.
