Scoil Bhríde, Shantalla welcomes teaching partners from Italy, Portugal, Poland and Latvia

Scoil Bhríde in Shantalla has just welcomed teaching partners from Italy, Portugal, Poland and Latvia to Galway this morning.

Over the past few years the school has been involved in a European Erasmus teacher exchange programme called SMILE.

It gives teachers the chance to visit partner schools in Europe and learn from their methods and approaches to teaching.
