Have you ever found yourself outwardly celebrating the big accomplishment of a friend, but inwardly bemoaning that you haven't reached your own goals and dreams? Heather Thompson Day, author, speaker, and professor, shares her own experiences wrestling with these feelings and talks about what inspired her new book, It's Not Your Turn. In our conversation, Heather talks about the challenges of social media and instant gratification, committing to the journey, and why maintaining our integrity is "all we have in life."
