Why should you know about Mucormycosis?

Mucormycosis (MM), also called Black Fungus, is an infection caused by a fungus called Mucor. Impaired immunity in Covid patients have developed MM. Patients who are between 8 to 10 days from the start of Covid infection are vulnerable to black fungus.
