What an inspiration! Today we interview Sara Flay the CEO of Legacy International Group, who at 23 years of age, was told she would never work again. Refusing to take this as the answer Sara has gone on to set up multiple businesses and now runs Legacy International.

 

We hear stories from Sara of how she overcome this set back at such a young age and became who she is today, her views on leadership and the correlation between age and being a leader (or lack thereof!)
