#8 SKY ”Yoga teaches us to recieve life gracefully and respond intelligently”.

This past weekend, we had the beautiful yoga teacher SKY in the studio and luckily we managed to squeeze in some time to talk. Sky is an interesting guy who is very appreciated for his presence, deep knowledge and fun simplicity when it comes to teaching. Sky discovered yoga quite early in life, growing up in Vancouver in Canada. Now he has studied the old system of Advaita Vedanta for over 30 years!
