How Joshua Kaats Achieved $100M+ in Online Sales with Dropshipping

Joshua Kaats is a self-made e-commerce entrepreneur who went from building fitness programs as a teenager to launching one of the most well-known dropshipping academies in the Netherlands. His journey started long before Shopify. At 16, he was shedding 30+ kilos to compete in his first kickboxing match. That mindset never left.

While studying at university, a backpacking trip to Thailand exposed him to the world of online business. Inspired by digital nomads making money on the go, Joshua dove into dropshipping, running his first webshop from his student apartment and making €8,400 in his first month. From there, it was game on.

What started as a personal hustle quickly grew into something bigger. In 2017, he launched the Dropship Academy, and since then, he’s helped over 7,500 people start their own online stores and break into the world of digital freedom. No overnight success, just focus, consistency, and knowing when to double down.
