After the breakdown of her marriage, Rebecca West was ready to start her new life but reminders of her previous one filled her home. That’s when she realized she would have to transform her space to break free from her old story and reinvent herself.
What began as a fresh interior became a new career, a new relationship, and the conviction that living spaces influence and reinforce what we believe about ourselves and the world and even how other people treat us.
In this episode Rebecca shares her own story of self-discovery, what growing up on the move in an army family taught her about home, and offers inspiration for creating an environment that can nurture and support us through times of stress.
